To save it, she appeals to wealthy New Age helicopter parents portrayed by Broadway stars Laura Benanti and Matthew Broderick. Percy, their nerdy teenage son, is heading to Princeton College and has never rebelled before. The couple offers Maddie a car in exchange for a challenging task – she must seduce Percy before he departs for college. With this, No Hard Feelings follows her increasingly frantic attempts to get Percy into her bed, including skinny dipping at night, taking him out to drink underage, and even playfully trying to kidnap him. No Hard Feelings, directed by Gene Stupnitsky, the director of Good Boys, will be released on June 23.
